Gen4 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document outlines the terms of use for the gen4 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. Continued use of this platform means you agree to all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing or using the gen4 platform on gen4.ws or through our mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the gen4 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and gen4 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The gen4 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have met the minimum age requirement. gen4 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that fails to meet this requirement.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the gen4 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
Accurate account information
When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login details. Do not share your account information with anyone. gen4 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to user negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party, contact our customer support immediately.
- Password must be at least eight characters long
- Change your password regularly for better security
- Do not use public devices to access your account
- Always log out fully after each session
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a gen4 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, system manipulation or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software or tools to access or manipulate the platform
- Creating an account using another person's identity or falsified information
- Distributing viruses, malicious code or any content that harms platform systems
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including money laundering through the platform
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that contradicts the offer's terms
- Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the security and functionality of the platform
Gen4 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the gen4 platform are processed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM / MYR). gen4 supports a range of local payment methods, including internet banking transfers and recognised e-wallets in Malaysia.
Deposit
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified, depending on the payment method chosen. gen4 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the conditions set out in the platform from time to time.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedures. gen4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method chosen. Any taxes or fees imposed by third parties are entirely the user's responsibility.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by gen4 are subject to specific conditions that will be stated at the time of the offer. Misuse of promotions may result in bonus cancellation and account closure. gen4 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotional offer without prior notice.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policies and Intellectual Property
Gen4 Liability Limitations
Gen4 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or technical errors. To the extent permitted by law, gen4 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
Account Suspension and Closure
Gen4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from lawful authorities, or prolonged account inactivity. In cases of suspension pending identity verification, the account balance will be held until the process is completed.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks and software on the gen4 platform are the property of gen4 or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute or use any of these elements without express written permission from gen4.
Third-party links and content
The gen4 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. gen4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Gen4 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications.
It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts in resolving any disputes.
